Job Description

Job Opportunity: RN – Med Surg in Rockford, Illinois, for a 13-week temporary contract at a healthcare facility.

  • Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatic patients, ensuring high standards of practice.

  • Participates in patient and family education to promote understanding and health management.

  • Provides leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members.

  • Maintains professional nursing standards within the clinical setting.

  • Requires at least 2 years of Med Surg RN experience; travel healthcare experience preferred.

  • Must hold an Illinois license, current BLS certification, and reliable transportation.

  • Schedule: 36 hours/week with 12-hour shifts; contract begins August 28, 2025.

  • Weekly pay is competitive at $2,272, with travel and housing provided.
