Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist supports students’ speech and language development to enhance their personal, social, and intellectual growth.
Works closely with Behavior Analysts and Technicians to tailor individualized interventions.
Conducts screenings, evaluations, monitors progress, and participates in team assessments.
Consults with parents, educators, and agencies to develop and implement effective communication strategies and programming modifications.
Provides therapy, follow-up, and ensures compliance with funding requirements, including documentation and prior authorizations.
Motivates students, maintains accurate records, and supervises staff as needed.
Meets weekly billable hours, completes session notes, and stays current with licensing and best practices.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP, state licensure, and experience with autism interventions and assessments.
Physical demands involve sitting, standing, and light lifting; work is in person in Columbus, OH, with options for full or part-time employment and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
