Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at our community medical centers open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, with no appointments needed.

  • Providers work 12-hour shifts supported by trained onsite staff.
  • Our approach emphasizes practicing at the top of license, treating patients like family, and helping them get healthy quickly.

  • This full-time position offers annual pay between $90,000 and $120,000, with benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plans.
  • Work is in person at multiple centers across Ohio, Kentucky, and Nevada, focusing on urgent care and preventive services.
