Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, play-based pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to work closely with children, teens, families, and educators in a supportive environment.
Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations, and therapy for preschool-aged children. Develop individualized plans with measurable goals in collaboration with families and educators. Use engaging, age-appropriate strategies to address articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social communication needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Communicate regularly with teams and families to support progress and milestones. Participate in team meetings and foster an inclusive, child-centered environment. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current Ohio licensure, and preferably experience with early childhood and neurodiverse populations.
