We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Therapist to serve as Head of Service, providing clinical oversight and ensuring high-quality care for youth and families.
The role requires experience with mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, DMH documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include supervising and training clinical staff, conducting individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and crisis intervention. The position involves case consultation, documentation review, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory standards. Strong leadership, clinical expertise, licensure, and a passion for youth outcomes are essential. Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, relevant licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW), and be available evenings and for crisis response. Additional requirements include a valid CA driver’s license, ability to work in Lancaster, CA, and willingness to relocate. Full-time with a salary range of $95,000-$105,000, offering benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 is included.
