Ortho On-Call is a growing urgent care specializing in acute orthopedic injuries, hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

  • This role involves examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages, including urgent care and emergency responsibilities, with shifts covering weekends and evenings.
  • Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, managing fractures and dislocations, repairing lacerations, performing joint injections, and providing patient education.
  • The provider will consult with physicians as needed and ensure timely documentation.
  • Candidates should have experience in sports injuries, fractures, lacerations, and work-related injuries, with a preference for 2+ years in orthopedic or urgent care settings.
  • Requirements include board certification/eligibility, active medical license, DEA license, and the ability to see patients of all ages.
  • Skills needed include emergency response, decision-making, professionalism, customer service, and communication.
