Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist position located onsite in Lake Ozark MO, offering relocation assistance for the right candidate. The role offers an annual salary of $75,000 – $80,000, with a Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm schedule.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to young adults aged 18-20 using relational, systemic, and experiential modalities. Manage a caseload of 8-9 clients, focusing on personalized care, family programming, and parent coaching. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans in a holistic environment. Utilize specialized modalities such as Adventure Therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy, and experiential approaches to promote growth and healing. Apply trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and culturally competent practices tailored to adolescents. Complete timely, thorough clinical documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care. Participate in ongoing professional development through industry conferences and training in modalities like brainspotting and attachment interventions. Work in a flexible, empathetic environment committed to meaningful impact and professional growth. Qualifications include licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), strong clinical skills, and experience with adolescents, preferably in residential and systemic modalities.
