Job Description
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an urgent care facility with hours Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-4pm, including block scheduling and every other weekend work. Provide direct patient care through physical exams, counseling, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures, and prescribing treatments. Develop patient management plans, ensure continuity of care, and communicate results and follow-up instructions to patients. Support operational tasks such as triaging patients and traveling between sites when needed. Requirements include an active NJ license, controlled substance registration, DEA registration, and DOT certification within six months. Must have urgent care or walk-in center experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be willing to support the practice’s operational needs.
