Job Description

  • Maintain active, unrestricted licenses, including DEA and state-specific dispensing licenses, and be eligible for Medicare.
  • Qualifications include at least 1-2 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings; stress test experience preferred.
