Job Description
– Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to diagnose and treat communication and oral-lingual disorders in children aged birth to 3 years.
– Responsibilities include assessment, developing and monitoring intervention plans, providing family training, and ensuring services align with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
– Provide environmental consultations for safety and adaptations, document services for reimbursement, and refer families to additional medical or professional services as needed.
– Promote activities in natural environments to support communication development and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
– Must possess a valid driver’s license, be licensed by the State’s Speech Pathology and Audiology Board, and meet criteria for First Steps Provider enrollment.
– Requirements include strong communication, attention to detail, computer skills, and ability to supervise others.
