Job Description

Seeking full-time clinicians to deliver evidence-based Functional Family Therapy – Foster Care (FFT-FC) to youth and families in Polk, Hardee, and Highlands Counties, Florida.

  • Provide in-home intensive family therapy to foster and permanency families during non-traditional hours.
  • Require a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience working with adolescents.
  • Must pass background checks, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Computer proficiency, data entry, and familiarity with electronic health records are necessary.
  • Bi-lingual applicants encouraged to apply.
  • Salary is $57,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation and sick leave, holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
  • Position based in Lakeland, FL, with travel to nearby counties as needed.
