Job Description
Assists licensed nursing staff with routine patient care activities and clerical tasks in a nursing unit. Supports patient admission, transfer, discharge, and ensures proper documentation. Prepares patient rooms, manages patient belongings, and transports stable patients safely. Maintains confidentiality, cleanliness, and organization of supplies and equipment. Replenishes room necessities and responds to emergencies and patient needs promptly. Communicates effectively with team members and responds to calls and patient signals. Adapts care to meet patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and developmental needs. Performs assigned tasks competently, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Requires a CNA license, BLS certification, preferably some patient care experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Multiple shifts available; full-time position.
