Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Current, unencumbered NJ RN license At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred Supervise nursing staff, monitor medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care activities Conduct nursing rounds and provide education to staff, residents, and families Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
