Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, collaborating with leadership to develop and maintain quality care and educational programs that enhance patient and provider satisfaction.
Requires RN licensure with a BSN preferred, current BLS certification, and relevant area certifications. Must possess strong clinical, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in interdisciplinary team facilitation and working with medical staff. Minimum of 5 years in a medical/surgical clinical role and 2 years of management experience are required. Works under supervision of the Director of Patient Care Services in a clean, well-lit environment; may face stressful situations, with flexible hours, and must be able to lift 50 lbs.
