Job Description
Seeking a Physician for a role with a $30K signing bonus, covering multiple Sacramento locations with additional float stipends and bonuses.
Provide primary medical assessments, establish appropriate care levels, and ensure clinical competency within occupational health protocols.
Collaborate with the Medical Director to maintain compliance with policies, standards, and quality assurance processes.
Participate in staff education, policy development, and growth initiatives, while managing patient care and documentation accurately.
Engage with employers for health and safety assessments, handle after-hours case care, and provide guidance in the absence of the Medical Director.
Deliver excellent patient care, prioritize customer service, and adapt to busy environments, ensuring compliance with licensing, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
Qualifications include a Doctorate Degree, board certification, unrestricted licensure, and DEA license.
Skills required are decision-making, communication, confidentiality, occupational medicine knowledge, and critical thinking.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
