Job Description

Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services in a long-term and post-acute care setting.

  • Offering $55-$60/hr DOE, mentorship for new grads, continuing education, and growth opportunities.
  • Candidates must have a graduate degree in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility, and an active state license.
  • Preferred one year of post-acute care experience; CPR certification required.
  • Responsibilities include assessing and modifying patient goals, charting, utilizing therapy software, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, good judgment, and excellent customer service.
  • Additional duties include participating in community health projects, assisting with patient evacuation, and maintaining compliance with policies.
  • Ability to make independent decisions, perform physical activities, and communicate effectively in English is essential.
