Job Description

Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech therapy care in a top-rated long-term and post-acute care facility.

  • Offerings include $55/hr, continuing education, and growth opportunities within a network of nearly 200 facilities across 26 states.
  • Responsibilities involve assessing, planning, and modifying patient treatment plans, charting accurately, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Qualifications include a graduate degree in speech therapy (MS or MA), ASHA certification or eligibility, active state licensure, and CPR certification. Preferred one year of post-acute care experience.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, good body mechanics, and the ability to make independent decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Essential functions include establishing goals, overseeing therapy plans, evaluating patient progress, and assisting in emergency procedures. Flexibility, dependable attendance, and teamwork are essential.
