Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech therapy care in a top-rated long-term and post-acute care facility.
Offerings include $55/hr, continuing education, and growth opportunities within a network of nearly 200 facilities across 26 states.Responsibilities involve assessing, planning, and modifying patient treatment plans, charting accurately, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Qualifications include a graduate degree in speech therapy (MS or MA), ASHA certification or eligibility, active state licensure, and CPR certification. Preferred one year of post-acute care experience.Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, good body mechanics, and the ability to make independent decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are required.Essential functions include establishing goals, overseeing therapy plans, evaluating patient progress, and assisting in emergency procedures. Flexibility, dependable attendance, and teamwork are essential.
