Job Description
This role involves overseeing clinical quality of services, providing direct billable services, and functioning as a specialized clinician. Responsibilities include training, supervision, clinical consultation, assessment, and mentoring across assigned programs. This is a hybrid remote position based in Pottsville, with 1-2 days at home depending on needs.
Offering a competitive salary of $60,000-$65,000 annually.
Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or related fields.
Must hold a valid clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and have at least 3 years of mental health experience, with 2 years in leadership or supervision.
Preferred credentialing with regional insurance companies for outpatient services.
