Job Description
Seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy in a residential setting, focusing on meeting clients’ mental health needs.
Responsibilities include developing treatment and transition plans, completing documentation, collaborating with families and support systems, attending medical consultations, and ensuring timely client contact.
Requires a Master’s degree in a Human Service field, active professional licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT), experience with mental health diagnoses, and knowledge of relevant regulations.
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and crisis management skills are essential. Must be at least 21, possess a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and be flexible to work outside regular hours.
