Job Description
We are an early intervention agency specializing in services for babies and toddlers aged 0-3, utilizing a digital platform designed by therapists to streamline non-clinical tasks like onboarding, documentation, and billing. We support therapists with clinical supervision, administrative, and technical assistance to ensure smooth service delivery and efficient case management. The Clinical Fellow works one-on-one with developmentally delayed children in home or community settings, under supervision, to help them achieve speech and developmental milestones. Flexible scheduling options are available, allowing part-time or full-time caseload management based on personal preferences. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with strong communication and caseload management skills. Compensation is $50 per 30-minute session or $70 per 60-minute session, with benefits such as flexible scheduling, health savings accounts, continuing education, and more. Work can be in-person, with sessions typically scheduled 1-5 times per week for 30 or 60 minutes.
