Job Description

  • We are an early intervention agency specializing in services for babies and toddlers aged 0-3, utilizing a digital platform designed by therapists to streamline non-clinical tasks like onboarding, documentation, and billing.
  • We support therapists with clinical supervision, administrative, and technical assistance to ensure smooth service delivery and efficient case management.
  • The Clinical Fellow works one-on-one with developmentally delayed children in home or community settings, under supervision, to help them achieve speech and developmental milestones.
  • Responsibilities include utilizing clinical skills, educating caregivers, managing documentation in our electronic system, and participating in supervision and team collaboration.
  • Flexible scheduling options are available, allowing part-time or full-time caseload management based on personal preferences.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with strong communication and caseload management skills.
  • Compensation is $50 per 30-minute session or $70 per 60-minute session, with benefits such as flexible scheduling, health savings accounts, continuing education, and more.
  • Work can be in-person, with sessions typically scheduled 1-5 times per week for 30 or 60 minutes.
