Job Description

This full-time Critical Care Physician position is based at a 590-bed hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, featuring an open ICU with dedicated units for medical, surgical, and neuro critical care.

  • Proficiency in rounding across all three units is required, with staffing consisting of 2 physicians during the day (7a-7p) and 1 at night (7p-7a).
  • The role involves participation in a developing ECMO program and collaboration with a hospitalist team.
  • Compensation ranges from $540,000 to over $5 million annually, with full benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
  • Physicians must be board-certified in Critical Care Medicine and hold or be eligible for MO medical licensure and DEA certification.
  • Relocation to Kansas City is required before starting.
  • Work involves in-person shifts with a 12-hour schedule, including nights.
