Full-Time Float Clinician – Sussex & Morris County Urgent Cares

Job Description

– Full-time float clinician position available Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, covering multiple locations including Sparta, Newton, Hackettstown, Ledgewood, and Rockaway.

– Seeking Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with urgent care or walk-in center experience.

– Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures such as suturing and wound care, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans.

– Maintain patient records, ensure continuity of care, and communicate test results and follow-up instructions.

– Support practice operations, including triaging patients and traveling between sites as needed.

– Requirements include an unrestricted New Jersey license, controlled substance registration, DEA registration, and DOT certification within six months.

– Strong interpersonal and team skills are essential for success in this role.
