Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to provide therapy and guidance to patients with traumatic brain injuries and their families, helping them adjust and regain independence.

  • Provide counseling, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on adjustment, motivation, and social behavior.
  • Assist families with the rehabilitation process, involving them actively in therapy sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Perform reporting and testing to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s Degree, licensure in a related field, and preferably 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or acute care.
  • Work is full-time, primarily at the clinic with occasional community or residential site visits, Monday-Friday, with some evening/weekend hours.
