Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to provide therapy and guidance to patients with traumatic brain injuries and their families, helping them adjust and regain independence.
Provide counseling, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on adjustment, motivation, and social behavior. Assist families with the rehabilitation process, involving them actively in therapy sessions. Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Perform reporting and testing to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree, licensure in a related field, and preferably 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or acute care. Work is full-time, primarily at the clinic with occasional community or residential site visits, Monday-Friday, with some evening/weekend hours.
