Job Description
The Behavioral Health Therapist IV position involves providing assessment, individual, and group therapy within a outpatient behavioral health setting.
Full-time, day shift hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a hybrid or in-person option based on patient preference. The role requires serving as a clinical expert, delivering therapeutic services, psychoeducational programming, and behavioral interventions to support patient progress. Responsibilities include diagnosing mental health or substance use disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and integrating cultural and clinical factors into care. The position also involves supervising team members seeking licensure and mentoring graduate interns. Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field, at least five years of post-licensure experience, and appropriate licensure (LPC, LCSW, Psychologist, etc.). Additional requirements include clinical supervision training and certifications such as BLS and CPI within specified timeframes.
