Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist II for a full-time, day-shift role (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
Provides care coordination, ensuring patients and families access appropriate healthcare and community resources to improve treatment outcomes. Participates in psychoeducational programs, facilitates support groups, and engages in community outreach when needed. Performs documentation and administrative tasks aligned with clinical responsibilities. Delivers a range of therapeutic interventions, psycho-educational programming, and behavioral therapies to support patient and family goals. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health or related field, three years of post-licensure experience, and appropriate licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, psychologist). Requires BLS certification within 3 months and crisis prevention training within 6 months of hire.
