This full-time Behavioral Health Therapist IV role involves providing short-term, evidence-based therapeutic services to adults in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health/substance use disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and offering psychoeducational and behavioral interventions. Serving as a clinical leader, the therapist supervises team members and mentors interns, integrating cultural and individual factors into care. The position requires a Master’s or higher degree in a related field, five years of post-licensure experience, and active licensure (LPC, LCSW, psychologist, or substance abuse professional). Preferred qualifications include experience leading groups and bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
