We are hiring full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to residents facing significant health changes.
Candidates must have a master’s degree in speech pathology or equivalent, with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC/SLP) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist in the state is required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience, membership in the American Speech and Hearing Association, and knowledge of speech therapy principles, methods, and equipment. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, medical staff, and colleagues, along with professional appearance and attitude, are essential. Candidates should understand treatment protocols, safety measures, and possess emotional stability to handle job demands. Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement is a plus.
