Make a Lasting Impact as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) on Weekend Shifts!

  • Passionate NP needed to provide compassionate primary care to seniors in a supportive environment.
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic geriatric conditions.
  • Develop personalized care plans addressing medical, physical, and psychological needs.
  • Prescribe medications, perform procedures, and interpret diagnostic tests within scope.

  • Educate residents and families about health conditions and treatment options.
  • Accurately document care in electronic health records.
  • Qualifications include active geriatrics-focused NP certification, at least 2 years of geriatric clinical experience, and strong communication skills.
