Job Description
This role is for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner functioning as an independent provider within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive primary care, including telehealth services.
Provide outpatient care, pre-operative assessments, and minor outpatient procedures within scope of practice. Evaluate patients through physical examinations, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Coordinate referrals to specialty services when necessary. Communicate diagnosis and treatment goals effectively to patients and families. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records. Perform clinical procedures as appropriate and within skill set. Possess current, unrestricted PA or NP license, DEA licensure, and strong knowledge of treatment interactions. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
