Full-time, exempt physician position offering up to $400,000 annually plus a monthly Medical Director stipend.

  • In-person role with flexible scheduling, typically 2-3 days/week, no nights, weekends, or on-call.
  • Work-life balance emphasized with supportive NP/PA teams, virtual pre-screening, and no overnight duties.
  • Responsibilities include serving as Medical Director for skilled nursing facilities, participating in quality initiatives, guiding staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by managing acute and chronic conditions, supervising clinical staff, and utilizing electronic health records.
