This full-time, in-person role involves providing high-quality primary care at skilled nursing facilities with flexible, short workdays (6-hour shifts) and no on-call or overnight duties.
Responsibilities include daily rounding, managing residents’ clinical care, prescribing treatments, and documenting encounters in proprietary and facility EHR systems.
