Job Description

Seeking a full-time, exempt provider for in-person primary care at skilled nursing facilities with a salary up to $165,000 and a sign-on bonus.

  • Enjoy short 6-hour shifts from 7AM-1PM, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling and no overnight or on-call duties.
