Job Description

We are offering a full-time, exempt position with a sign-on bonus, requiring in-person work.

  • Enjoy short, 6-hour shifts Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling and no overnight or on-call duties.
  • Provide high-quality primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, managing clinical care, prescribing treatments, and documenting encounters in a proprietary EHR system.
  • Be available on-site from 7AM-1PM to address urgent issues, with charting possibly done off-site. Reliable transportation is required.
