Seeking a part-time, in-person nurse practitioner or physician to manage clinical care at skilled nursing facilities with

  • 6-hour daily shifts, flexible scheduling, no overnight work, and reliable attendance required.
  • Responsibilities include rounding, prescribing medications and treatments, providing patient-centered primary care, and documenting encounters in proprietary EHR systems.
  • Availability for phone/secure messaging consultations with nursing staff is essential.
