Now hiring a full-time General Pediatrician in Norwalk, CT, just 1 hour from NYC.

  • Enjoy a 4-day workweek (9 am – 5 pm) with no late evenings and minimal phone call coverage (1:6 with nurse triage support).
  • Provide outpatient care with low patient volume (up to 20 patients/day), no nursery, hospital rounds, or inpatient call.
  • Benefit from a supportive team of 7 providers, mentorship, and optional teaching opportunities for Physician Assistant students.
  • Starting salary of $170k-$200k (DOE), plus productivity bonuses from Year 2, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, PTO, sick days, and a 401k with 4% match.
  • Open to all experience levels, from new grads to seasoned pediatricians, with prior pediatric residency required.
