This full-time ICU physician role involves working in a 339-bed hospital with an open ICU and a 7-on, 7-off schedule. Coverage includes day shifts with 8 physicians and 3 NPPAs, swing shifts with 1 physician, and night shifts with 2 physicians and 1 NPPA. Responders handle codes and RRTs, with no procedures required. The position uses EPIC EMR and offers employed benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance. Accepts FNP, ACNP, AGACNP, new graduates, and PAs. The facility is a leading 339-bed hospital providing comprehensive care, including emergency, surgical, and specialized services, recognized as a top-performing hospital. Relocation and commuting to Southaven preferred, with in-person work expected.
