    Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized speech-language therapy programs in a new 154-bed transitional care facility, supporting patients transitioning from hospital to home, participating in interdisciplinary teamwork, providing culturally appropriate education, and supervising students.

    Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, minimum 2 years experience, valid California SLP license, and current BLS certification.
