Job Description

We are seeking a Cantonese or Mandarin-speaking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our expanding hospice and palliative care team. This full-time role requires weekend availability and travel to patients’ private homes and residential facilities in Greater Boston and Metrowest, with reliable transportation.

  • Provide comprehensive end-of-life care, including hygiene, mobility, toileting, nutritional support, and dressing changes as directed by hospice nurses.
  • Must hold an active Massachusetts CNA certification with at least 75 hours of clinical and 16 hours of supervised training.
  • Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively are essential.
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or oncology care is a plus.
