Job Description

We are seeking a Russian-speaking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice and palliative care team. The role involves providing comprehensive end-of-life care in patients’ homes and residential facilities in Greater Boston and Metrowest, requiring reliable transportation and travel.

  • Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, ambulation, toileting, nutrition, dressing changes, and other tasks as directed by hospice nurses.
  • This full-time position from Monday to Friday (9 am-5 pm) requires weekend availability.
  • Candidates must have a Massachusetts CNA certification with at least 75 hours of clinical study, including 16 hours of supervised practical training, and fluency in Russian.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively are essential. Hospice, palliative, or oncology experience is a plus.
