Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a remote Virtual Urgent Care role in the DFW metroplex.

  • Provide high-quality, convenient telehealth care, including triage, video visits, and follow-ups.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3-4 patients per hour.
  • Collaborate with virtual and in-office team members through daily huddles and monthly meetings.
  • Deliver care aligned with organizational protocols, with coverage available 7am-11pm daily across various shifts.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining communication and teamwork.
  • Must hold an active NP or PA license in Texas and Louisiana (or eligible), with 5+ years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
  • Reside in the DFW area; EPIC experience is a plus but training is provided.
