Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Longview, TX, to support our established oncology clinic and help expand our oncology services ahead of a new Cancer Center opening in October 2026.
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for hematology and oncology patients, including follow-up visits, treatment monitoring, and care plan adjustments.
Collaborate with oncologists, nursing staff, and other team members to deliver coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, side effects, and ongoing management.
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
Support the growth of the oncology program as patient volume increases.
Qualifications include current Texas licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, national board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA), oncology certification (AOCN), and prior hematology/oncology experience.
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills are essential, along with a commitment to serving the community long-term.
