Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Keene, NH, and nearby areas.
Responsibilities include conducting patient exams, managing medical records, ordering diagnostic tests, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and educating patients and families.
Perform annual wellness visits, medication reconciliations, and oversee patients’ overall health in a residential setting.
