Job Description

Seeking a Counselor to provide addiction treatment and support to adult patients in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, coordinating with community agencies, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The role involves conducting assessments, facilitating therapy, managing patient files securely, and participating in treatment teams and ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a four-year degree in counseling or related field, certification or experience as a CADC, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires mental alertness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
