Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Psychiatrist for a 6-month correctional healthcare contract in San Luis Obispo, CA, with potential for extension.

Benefits include malpractice insurance, weekly pay, credentialing support, dedicated lodging, flexible shifts, and a referral bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications required: current CA MD/DO license, DEA certificate, Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry, BLS certification, and valid medical license.

Responsibilities encompass evaluating and diagnosing mental health disorders, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, providing psychotherapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining patient records.

Positions offer full-time, part-time, or temporary options with a competitive pay rate of $295/hr. Must be able to work in person in San Luis Obispo, CA.
