The Weekend Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical staff and patient care services in Homecare, Hospice, Palliative, & Rehab programs.

Reports to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer.

Works Fridays to Mondays, part-time, 32 hours/week.

Requires RN licensure in RI and MA, with 5+ years in Homecare and current CPR certification.

Proficient in home health systems preferred; strong leadership, communication, and community resource knowledge essential.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, care coordination, and ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Requires physical ability to perform tasks and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
