Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide overnight critical care coverage in a 10-bed ICU at a community hospital.

  • Responsibilities include managing critically ill patients, performing procedures like intubation and central line placement, collaborating with staff, responding to emergencies, and documenting patient care.
  • Qualifications include current licensure, at least 1 year of ICU experience, proficiency in critical care procedures, strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ACLS certification.
  • This full-time role offers a competitive salary starting at $160,000 annually, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, retirement plans, CME reimbursement, and a supportive work environment. Schedule is 7 nights on, 7 nights off, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
