The Nurse Manager oversees nursing staff at designated locations, ensuring patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.
Manages staffing schedules, hiring, and training of nursing staff. Maintains medication management processes, monitors documentation, and ensures adherence to DEA and federal regulations. Supports regulatory audits and assists with reporting requirements. Facilitates staff training, updates protocols, and promotes employee development. Requires a valid LPN or RN license in New Mexico, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, and 1-3 years in behavioral health or substance use disorders, with preferred experience in opioid treatment programs. Competencies include strong communication, organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and problem-solving abilities. Travel to multiple clinics is necessary.
