Job Description
We are seeking an RN Manager to supervise and support a clinical team in providing exceptional care to residents in a senior living community. This full-time position offers a Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and an annual salary of $70,000 – $75,000. • Support and train clinical staff
• Oversee resident care plans
• Ensure quality of care
• Assess residents
• Assist in hiring staff
• Participate in rotating manager on-duty schedule
• Adhere to HIPAA and policies
• Current RN license
• Supervisory experience
• Geriatrics or assisted living experience preferred
• Passionate about care and ongoing learning
Vaccinations are optional. Employment contingent on background check and drug screen. This role involves in-person work at a 49-bed assisted living and memory care community.
