Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states.

Immediate openings are available for *Fully Licensed* LMSWs interested in geriatric behavioral health, offering *Part-Time* positions in Bay City, MI.

Responsibilities include providing psycho-social evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment through individual, group, and family therapies for nursing home residents.
Workload typically involves seeing 10-15 patients daily, with flexibility to adapt for work-life balance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure documentation meets Medicare guidelines, and deliver direct clinical care.
