Seeking an energetic, caring, and well-organized Community-Based Clinical Therapist to join an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.
This role involves providing individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and assisting members with accessing services like housing and healthcare. You will work primarily in the community, supporting members’ recovery, independence, and wellness through a multidisciplinary, person-centered approach.
Responsibilities include maintaining clinical documentation, participating in team meetings, and collaborating on case management. Qualifications require a Master’s degree, valid license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC), certification (CAADC or plan), and completion of ACT 101 within 6 months. Must have a valid driver’s license, ability to work independently, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
